What You Will Do n

- Deliver an exceptional standard of service to all guests and stakeholders

- Respond to all guest enquiries over phone or email
n
- Convert enquiries into bookings through sales strategies and relationship-building
n
- Manage booking processes from enquiry to arrival with accuracy and efficiency
n
- Communicate booking details clearly with internal teams and guests
n
- Maintain records and ensure all data is up-to-date
n





What You Bring nn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Customer-focused mindset with solid problem-solving abilities
n
- A proactive and professional attitude with attention to detail
n
- Experience in reservations, front office, or hospitality preferred
n
- Ability to work collaboratively with property managers, guests, and vendors
n
- Familiarity with property management systems is a plus
