Job Description

PRG Consulting supports a City of Melbourne council in recruiting a Payroll Transformation Manager. The role leads the Head of Payroll function for 2000 employees, driving system modernisation and continuous improvements, including time and attendance and an ERP transition.

You will collaborate with the Digital program team, ensure accurate, timely payroll services, manage external providers, and guide payroll staff through change while maintaining compliance with legislation and awards.
