The role:
n Your primary focus will be delivering Positive Behaviour Support services to clients funded under the NDIS, many with mental health diagnoses and complex behaviours.
n You’ll undertake assessments, develop tailored support plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to improve clients’ well-being. Collaborating with families, carers,
and clinicians, you will provide training, support, and data-driven reviews to ensure strategies are effective and goals are met.

Requirements:
n
n
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant health or social science fields or equivalent experience
n
- At least Core Level as a BSP
n
- Knowledge of evidence-based behaviour management techniques
n
- Experience working with clients with complex behavioural needs
n
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
n
- Valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel
n
