McArthur is seeking a Disability Support Worker in Hinchinbrook to provide person-centred support across daily living activities, social engagement, and mobility tasks. The role covers care, personal support, and complex needs with training provided.

Applicants with Cert III or higher in Disability/Community Services or working towards it are preferred, with 6+ months in the field and a focus on safety, reporting, and compassionate care. Weekend penalties may apply, casual shifts available.
