Customer Service Team Member - Adventure Tourism

You might belong in our Customer Service Team!

This is a hands‑on, diverse role that mixes customer service, bookings and day‑to‑day tour operations. One minute you might be helping a guest over the phone, the next you’re assisting to coordinate tour departures, solving a booking issue or getting important information out to our field teams.

You’ll be right at the centre of the action, helping make sure our guests are looked after and our adventures run smoothly.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

- Chatting with guests via phone and email
- Managing bookings, changes and pickup details (accuracy matters here)
- Helping coordinate morning tour departures
- Keeping important information moving between guests, Operations and Field Staff
- Solving problems calmly and professionally
- Promoting and upselling our adventure experiences
- Using booking systems like ResPax / Cobber

This Role Is a Good Fit If You:

- Enjoy helping people and working in a team
- Like staying organised and on top of the details
- Can keep your cool when it's busy (Jedi-level calm)
- Communicate clearly and professionally




- Are comfortable switching between different tasks and priorities
- Are reliable and show up ready to go
- Hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency
- Tourism, hospitality or guest service experience would be advantageous but it's not essential. We'll train you.

The Practical Stuff

6-hour shifts:

- 6:00am–12:00pm
- 12:00pm–6:00/6:30pm

Based in Cairns North near the Airport, with occasional shifts at our Marina Office

Flexible availability for varying shift patterns per week
