Ventia, partnering with the Australian Defence Force, is seeking a Chef de Partie at RAAF East Sale to join our Defence hospitality team. You will work with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality catering across breakfast, lunch and dinner for a busy Defence operation.

You will lead Kitchen Hands, uphold food safety, and operate commercial equipment in a rapid-paced kitchen. Applicants should have Cert III in Commercial Cookery, HACCP Level 2, and 5+ years in a large kitchen; Defence clearance is
