Spotlight is seeking a dedicated store supervisor to lead a small team and manage high-volume stock reception and replenishment. You will support visual merchandising, coordinate daily stock checks and ensure safety policies are followed while delivering excellent customer service.
Ideal candidates are hardworking, proactive and able to lift 15kg, with availability for full time hours across a Monday–Friday roster in our Victoria stores.
