UnitingCare Queensland’s BlueCare unit in Arundel is seeking a Residential Rostering Officer. The role coordinates base rosters, shift replacements and payroll processes for residential services, using Kronos to manage rosters and leave across a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday.

You will reallocate shifts, inform staff of changes, ensure payroll-ready reports, and handle enquiries in a high-pressure setting. Robust communication and payroll experience are essential.
