A regular weekly roster with guaranteed hours. Customer service, merchandising, and day-to-day store operations.

Party Source is Western Australia’s largest independent party shop, based in Canning Vale. Our team is friendly, hands‑on and customer‑facing — balloons, costumes and decorations — helping people pull off birthdays, parties and big events every day.

What the role involves:

checkout and customer service, filling balloons and creating balloon arrangements (full training provided), restocking shelves, packing online orders and answering phone enquiries.

Who we’re looking for:

our most important requirement is a genuine passion for customer service and creating a excellent experience for customers. We want positive, enthusiastic people who are comfortable working independently and taking initiative. Previous retail experience is helpful but not essential — attitude and willingness to learn matter more.
