Duties & Responsibilities: n

We are seeking a reliable Window and Door Production Assembler to assist with the fabrication and assembly of aluminium windows, doors and flyscreens, while maintaining quality, safety and production standards.

- Assemble aluminium frame doors and windows with accuracy and efficiency
n
- Assemble flyscreen, window, and door components
n
- Assist with fabrication of windows and doors
n
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and products
n
- Assisting with delivery to site as and when/if required
n
- Assist with glazing units
n
- General workshop cleaning and maintenance
n




- Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets and maintain high quality standards.
n
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
n
- Identify and perform repairs or rework on defective frames and parts
n
- Contribute to a safe and inclusive work environment, respecting a diversity of cultures and backgrounds.
n

Requirements nn
- Previous experience in fabrication and assembly work is desirable
n
- Must be able to read and speak English to a functional level
n
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work cooperatively
n
- Punctual and reliable, with a robust sense of responsibility
n
- Open and adaptable to working in a culturally diverse environment
n
- Previous experience in the aluminium door and window industry is preferred but not essential.
