Our client is seeking a Family Lawyer to join the Torquay‑based team on a part‑time basis, working 28 hours per week. You'll work across a broad range of family law matters including property, parenting, spousal maintenance, financial agreements and divorce matters supported by senior practitioners and a well‑organised national practice framework.

Key responsibilities

Work across a broad range of family law matters including property, parenting, spousal maintenance, financial agreements and divorce matters
n
Provide matter work supported by senior practitioners and a well‑organised national practice framework
n
Dedicate time per week to business development,
including building relationships within the community and strengthening referral networks
n
Contribute to the continued growth of the South‑Western regional practice
n
About you
n
Admitted solicitor with a current practising certificate
n
Minimum 2 years experience in family law
n
Compassionate, empathetic approach with clients
n
Solid software proficiency and comfort with modern practice tools
n
Steady communicator who can support clients through difficult decisions
n
Someone who values community, professionalism and balanced practice life
