Job Description
CheerCon is seeking a confident Product & Operations Lead to own product ordering, stock systems and warehouse operations in Beresfield, NSW. Immediate start with 30 hours per week, you’ll lead a small warehouse team, implement processes across multiple platforms, and ensure stock is organised and up-to-date.

You don’t need a traditional warehouse background; the role focuses on leadership, technology, and driving efficiency in operations, with forklift training available if needed.
