Randstad in Ipswich, QLD, is seeking an autonomous Production Manager (AM Shift) to lead complex pre-cast and pre-stress beam operations. You will drive production plans, KPI delivery, and safety standards on a high-risk site with in office leadership responsibilities.

The role requires 5:00 am–2:00 pm scheduling, 20+ operator oversight, and a proactive approach to quality and safety, with relocation support for exceptional candidates.
