We have expanded our manufacturing capabilities and are looking for a CNC ROUTER OPERATOR!

We are a leading signage manufacturer looking for a self-motivated and results driven tradesperson to support our team in the role of a CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator.

n

We are looking for someone to join our team in a full-time capacity.

n

Proven competence and a several year experiences in CNC machine setting and operating in the corporate signage industry is essential. Further experience with Multi Cam machines would be advantageous but not essential.

n

Above award wages, penalty rates, RDOs, overtime when needed.

n

As the CNC/Router Operator you would be responsible for: -

n

n
- Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function
n




- Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed correctly
n
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings
n
- Follow directions given to you by the Supervisor
n
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
n
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to change organisational priorities and problem-solving
n
- An understanding of signage or similar would be advantageous
n

About you: n

Coming from a previous role where you have operated a similar machine, you may have been exposed to the signage, building, or steel industries. You will possess some or most of the following:

n

n
- Prior machine operating experience within the corporate signage industry
n
- CNC experience
n
- Solid organisational and communication skills
