Siri Realty Group is a leading Sydney-based Project Marketing Agency. We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Channel Sales Manager to take their next step and drive our partner agent network.

Key Responsibilities n

- Network Growth : Recruit, onboard, and manage external real estate agencies, mortgage brokers, and channel partners.
n
- Lead Generation : Conduct prospecting calls and presentations to secure new channel relationships.
n
- Project Promotion : Present display suites, masterclasses, and project briefings to external partner agents.
n
- Target Achievement : Meet monthly channel sales volumes, revenue targets, and partner-activation KPIs.

- Deal Coordination :



Manage the sales process from partner introduction through to exchange and settlement.
n
- Relationship Management : Provide exceptional support, product training, and marketing collateral to your network.

Requirements nn
- Language : Bilingual skills with fluency in English and Mandarin (preferred).
n
- Experience : Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience, with a preference for channel or project real estate sales.
n
- Network : Existing relationships with local or international sub-agents and referral partners is highly regarded.

Remuneration : Competitive Base Salary + Industry-Leading Commissions
