YMCA Victoria is seeking a Duty Manager for the Drouin Outdoor Pool for the summer season. You will hold delegated authority of the Centre Manager and supervise on-shift operations across programs and services.

Ideal candidates will have a robust focus on safety, the ability to lead autonomously, and a commitment to the wellbeing of children and facility users. This casual role offers an hourly rate up to $42.35 plus superannuation and YMCA benefits.
