About the role

We're growing our team of Cleaning Technicians who deliver exceptional residential cleaning services across Eltham and surrounding suburbs.

At Cultivate Clean, we hire for values and attitude, and train for skills. No cleaning experience is necessary, what matters most is who you are and how you approach your work.

We encourage you to take a look at the values on our website. If you read them and think, "That's me!" then we'd really love to hear from you.

You’ll receive comprehensive, hands‑on training in our cleaning methods, products and systems before working independently in our clients' homes.
