Busy Bees at Chinchilla is seeking an inspiring Educational Leader to mentor educators and drive quality early learning. This full time role offers a competitive hourly rate of $41.72–$43.08 plus an Education Leader Allowance, supporting curriculum development and reflective practice in a supportive team.

You will lead mentoring and coaching, guide EYLF implementation across the centre, and work with the Centre Director to achieve strong learning outcomes for children.
