Job Description

Aveo is seeking Sales Associates to help seniors find their next home across Brisbane locations. Earn a $76K base package plus $5K car allowance and achieve an OTE of $100K+ by meeting KPIs. This role emphasizes people-focused sales without pressure, in a purpose-driven retirement living setting.

You’ll work with the Sales Manager to support the sales process, welcome prospective residents, and keep the sales office polished. Real estate or customer service experience is valued.
