Job Description n

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, culture, safety and profitability of the Orange branch.

n

This is an opportunity to establish a recent operation, build a high-performing team and create strong customer relationships across the region.

n

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll take ownership of branch performance across sales growth, customer service, people leadership, inventory management, warehouse operations, safety and financial outcomes.

n





You'll play a key role in driving business growth while creating a workplace where team members feel supported, engaged and empowered to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead and develop a high-performing branch team
n
- Drive sales growth, profitability and customer retention
n
- Build strong relationships with customers and local businesses
n
- Oversee warehouse operations, inventory and branch performance
n
- Coach and support Internal Sales and Territory team members
n
- Ensure a safe, compliant and productive workplace
n
- Manage branch financial performance and operational outcomes
n
- Identify new opportunities to grow the business in the Orange region
n

- Experience leading a branch, operations or customer-focused team

- Strong leadership and people development skills
n
- A track record of driving sales and customer growth
n
- Warehouse, distribution or operational management experience
n
- Sound commercial and financial understanding

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- A commitment to safety and customer service
n

n

Experience within automotive, aftermarket, trade, industrial, wholesale or distribution environments will be highly regarded.
