The Opportunity n

Lead civil or electrical construction engineering packages on a major solar development in Western Australia’s Pilbara region. Reporting to area leadership, you will coordinate engineering interfaces, construction performance and junior engineers.

Your Responsibilities n

n
- Manage earthworks, piling and access roads or HV/MV reticulation, substations and solar array scopes.
n
- Track budgets, schedules, costs and delivery risks.
n
- Resolve technical and constructability issues.
n
- Prepare work scopes, estimates, methods and project documentation.
n
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers and multidisciplinary interfaces.
n
- Support procurement, subcontract administration and quality compliance.
n
- Mentor engineers and site teams.
n

RequirementsSkills, Education And Requirements n

n




- An Engineering bachelor degree in Civil or Electrical, or equivalent, with eligibility for Engineers Australia membership.
n
- Five to eight or more years in civil construction, electrical infrastructure, renewables or major projects.
n
- A track record managing complex civil or electrical packages.
n
- Strong construction methods, contracts and project controls knowledge.
n
- Leadership, commercial judgement and project-system proficiency; Primavera P6 is desirable.
n
- Current Australian work rights.
