This is a senior leadership role for an experienced Plant Manager who enjoys being close to the operation, leading people and driving measurable improvements across production, safety, quality, cost and efficiency.

The Opportunity n

You will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the site, leading a workforce of approximately 150 employees and a team of Production Managers, Supervisors and Line Leaders.

- Driving production performance, OEE, quality and cost targets
n
- Developing and delivering production plans in line with business requirements
n
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives across the plant
n
- Applying Lean, Six Sigma, 5 Why and 6S principles
n
- Overseeing maintenance, production planning, logistics and procurement
n
- Identifying and resolving operational issues and reducing inefficiencies
n
- Developing SOPs, processes and systems to improve plant performance
n
- Building capability through coaching, mentoring and cross-training
n
- Driving a strong safety-first and high-performance culture
n




- Working closely with senior management and support functions to achieve business objectives
n

About You n

You will be an experienced manufacturing leader with:

n

n
- 5+ years' Production or Plant Management experience
n
- A degree or tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business or a related discipline
n
- Proven experience leading large manufacturing teams
n
- Strong practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
n
- Experience with OEE, production planning, KPIs and cost control
n
- Strong people leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
n
- The ability to turn business objectives into transparent actions and measurable results
n
- A hands-on and commercially focused leadership style
n

Experience within packaging, plastics, container manufacturing, chemical or related industrial manufacturing environments will be highly regarded.
