An opportunity exists to join a large ASX-listed organisation in a senior compliance governance role.

Reporting into a high-performing governance function, you will be responsible for overseeing the enterprise compliance policy framework, ensuring policies, standards and associated governance processes remain effective, current and aligned with regulatory obligations.

Working closely with Compliance, Risk, Legal and business stakeholders, you will drive policy governance activities, support regulatory change initiatives, and enhance policy management practices across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities n

- Lead the enterprise Compliance Policy Governance Framework.
n
- Oversee policy development, review, approval and maintenance processes.
n
- Ensure compliance policies and standards remain aligned to regulatory requirements.
n
- Partner with stakeholders to strengthen governance practices and accountability.
n
- Support governance reporting and committee forums.
n
- Drive policy framework enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
- Support audit,
assurance and regulatory reviews.
n
About You nn
- 7+ years experience in Compliance, Policy Governance, Risk or a related governance function within a large ASX listed organisation.
n
- Strong understanding of policy frameworks and regulatory obligations.
n
- Experience operating within a large, complex organisation.
n
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
n
- Strong written communication and policy drafting capability.
n
- Ability to work across multiple business areas and balance competing priorities.
