Job Description

Journey Beyond is seeking an experienced hospitality leader to head the front-of-house team at Eureka 89, Melbourne. This full time, hands-on role covers premium dining and events, with a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday and close collaboration with kitchen, sales and events teams to deliver memorable experiences.
