Senior Construction Lawyer | Front & Back End | 6+ PAE | Sydney n

Our client is a national firm whose construction team advises principals, contractors, subcontractors and major consultants on significant construction and development projects. A permanent chance has opened for a Senior Construction Lawyer with 6+ years' PAE to join the Sydney team, working across both front-end advisory and back-end disputes.

About the role n

You will advise from project set-up through to dispute resolution, so you see a matter through its full life. You will:

- Draft and negotiate construction, procurement and development contracts
n
- Advise on project delivery, variations, delay and risk allocation
n
- Manage construction disputes from first advice through to resolution
n
- Guide and mentor junior lawyers
n

What you'll bring nn
- 6+ years' PAE with construction experience across advisory and disputes
n
- Admission to practise in Australia and a current practising certificate
n
- Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
n
- Commercial judgement and the ability to lead a team
n

- $170K - $210K + super, set by experience
