We are looking for motivated candidates to join our team who are comfortable using power tools in a safe friendly setting. If you have experience in general labouring roles, have always had an interest in manufacturing & are looking for some stability this may be the job for you.

Responsibilities n

Frame and Truss Assembly

n

Afternoon shift $38.01 per hour

n

Hours - Monday to Thursday 1pm - 9:30pm Friday 11am - 5pm

n

n
- Screw/nail together trusses as per instruction from truss setter and SOP.
n
- Stack trusses as per the stacking lists.
n
- Assist with moving completed truss stacks to dispatch area.
n
- Keep area tidy and clean, empty bins when full.
n
- Practice correct manual handling techniques when lifting and moving trusses.
n
- Report any faulty tools or equipment to the team leader.
n
- Assist with strapping stacked packs for dispatch as required.
n

Roll Form Operator n

Afternoon shift $38.93 per hour

n

Hours - Monday to Thursday 1pm - 9:30pm Friday 11am - 5pm

n

n
- Wear designated PPE and follow all work instructions per SOP’s and in accordance with Company Policies.
n
- Complete prestart and maintenance on the machine at start up




n
- Fill out the required JotForms correctly and in a timely manner.
n
- Empty Bins at the end of Shift or at each coil change
n
- Report any maintenance issues to the Team Leader.
n
- Check quality of product being rolled
n
- Roll Jobs in order of delivery
n
- Check jobs have been rolled completely with layout, mark off as completed
n
- Assist with machine operation training.
n
- Resolve machine issues that are within your skill level. If unable to resolve quickly and correctly then escalation to team leader.
n
- Perform Daily, Weekly and Monthly Operator Maintenance per SOP’s.
n
- Work towards KPI
n

Hours - Monday to Thursday 5am - 1:30pm Friday 5am - 11am

Role Requirements n

n
- Completed at least 4 weeks of on-the-job training.
n
- Forklift ticket preferred.
n
- Completed induction and training on roll form machines and can complete all related SOP’s
n
