This role oversees secure, high-quality, and profitable service delivery-including mechanical repairs, servicing, tyres, and vehicle inspections-while leading a team of 8 direct automotive mechanics .

You will drive operational excellence, manage budgets, collaborate on future product strategy, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities nn
- n
Lead, coach, and roster a team of 8 automotive mechanics in a culture safety-driven.
n
- n
Oversee automotive mechanical and tyre operations.
n
- n
Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures, OEM standards, and legislative compliance.
n
- n
Manage operational budgets, workforce efficiency, and profitability.
n
- n
Udentify opportunities to grow commercial revenue and customer value.
n
- n
Partner with internal strategy and growth teams to refine service offerings.
Prior experience managing staff in a workshop and the operations/fleet of the workshop.

Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
