Job Capital is recruiting an experienced Electrical Foreman or Supervisor to lead commercial electrical construction and fit-out projects in Brisbane. n

nKey responsibilities n
n• Supervise electricians, apprentices and subcontractors n
n• Plan, sequence and monitor site activities n
n• Manage labour, materials, plant and suppliers n
n• Interpret drawings, schematics and specifications n
n• Coordinate with project managers, builders and other trades n
n• Conduct toolbox talks, inspections and quality checks n
n• Monitor programmes, budgets and productivity n
n• Resolve site issues and complete testing, quality and as-built records n
n• Train and mentor site team members n
nCandidate requirements n
n• Recognised electrical trade qualification n
n• At least three to five years of post-trade commercial construction experience n
n• Proven experience leading electrical site teams n
n• Solid electrical safety, quality and planning capability n
n• Excellent on-site problem-solving and English communication skills n
n• Current driver licence and willingness to relocate to Brisbane n
n• Ability to meet Australian visa, health and character requirements n
nDesirable n
n• Experience managing electrical projects or work packages valued up to AUD $1-$1.5 million n
