About the Role n
n This is not a role where you sit in a display home waiting for walk-ins.n
n You will be working with active buyers, building relationships with land agents, developers, brokers, and referral partners whilst guiding clients through the journey from enquiry to contract.n
n You will have the flexibility to work from home whilst also attending appointments, site visits,



and display meetings when required.n
What You’ll Be Doing n
n • Managing and converting incoming buyer enquiriesn
n • Working through an existing database of active opportunitiesn
n • Building relationships with land agents and developers across Brisbane Northsiden
n • Guiding buyers through the building process from enquiry to contractn
n • Working closely with brokers and internal support staffn
n • Managing your pipeline, follow-up, and client communication professionallyn
n • Attending client meetings, site visits, and display appointments when requiredn

n • Minimum 3 years experience in new home construction salesn
n • Strong relationship-building and communication skillsn
n • Commercially driven and self-motivatedn
n • Able to manage pipeline and conversions without micromanagementn
n • Strong follow-up discipline and customer service skillsn
n • Experience with owner occupiers, investors, or first home buyersn
n • Finance and lending knowledge highly regardedn
