We’re looking for a reliable, hands‑on Installer/Factory Labourer to join our installation Team during our busy period through to Christmas.

n

This is a casual position offering approximately 38 hours per week for the next 2½ months, with the possibility of moving into a permanent full‑time role down the track, depending on ongoing workload in the new year.

n

The role will be varied, with time spent working on commercial sites installing acoustic panels and whiteboards, as well as helping our factory Team manufacture high end whiteboards.

n

We’re looking for someone who is confident using tools, can measure and work accurately, takes direction well and genuinely cares about producing quality work.

n

Key responsibilities n

n
- Installing acoustic panels and other products on commercial sites
n
- Measuring, cutting, setting out and fitting materials accurately
n
- Using hand and power tools safely and confidently
n
- Assisting with the manufacture of whiteboards in our factory
n
- Applying spray adhesives and glues where required
n
- Working with our Project Managers and Installation Team to complete jobs to a high standard
n
- General installation and labouring duties
n
- Keeping work areas clean and safe
n

About you nn




- Comfortable working across both factory production and on‑site installation
n
- Confident and experienced using hand and power tools
n
- Good measuring, cutting and practical problem‑solving skills
n
- Installation experience in a trade or similar hands‑on role is highly regarded
n
- Acoustic installation experience is an advantage, but not essential
n
- Construction or commercial site experience preferred
n
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing a quality finish
n
- Able to follow instructions and learn new installation methods
n
- Reliable, punctual and ready to work
n
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
n
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
n
- Most importantly, we’re looking for someone our team can rely on, someone who turns up when expected, communicates well and takes pride in doing a job properly.
