About you:

n

n
- Solid customer service ethic with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
n
- Proven track record in retail sales, consultative selling, and negotiation within the automotive, 4×4, or outdoor recreation sectors.
n
- Genuine passion for 4×4 vehicles, off-road adventures, and outdoor recreation.
n
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with aftermarket 4×4 accessories (e.g., suspension, bull bars, roof racks, dual batteries).
n
- High energy, self-motivated, proactive go-getter attitude with a drive to achieve results.
n
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
n
- Excellent attention to detail, follow-up skills,



and pride in visual/retail displays.
n
- Proficiency with Point of Sale systems, retail technology, and customer management tools.
n
- Physical capability to work on your feet, handle stock, and hold a valid driver’s license.

About the Job:

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Greeting customers, providing expert product consultations, and answering inquiries via phone, email, and counter.
n
- Preparing accurate quotes, processing sales orders, and handling Point of Sale transactions and invoicing.
n
- Proactively upselling, cross-selling, and recommending 4×4 accessories to optimize customer vehicle builds.
n
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and workshop management to schedule vehicle fitments and ensure quality delivery standards.
n
- Managing stock ordering, backorders, and maintaining attractive showroom product displays.
n
- Following up on sales opportunities and maintaining ongoing customer relationships.
n
- Participating in rotating Saturday morning shifts and special events, such as 4×4 shows and open days.
