Sweet Tooth in Hawthorne is looking for friendly, energetic and reliable team members who take pride in great customer service. You'll keep the service welcoming and the desserts looking their best—even during a busy rush, serving gelato, waffles, cheesecakes and other sweet favourites.

Key responsibilities

- Welcoming customers, taking orders and helping them choose their next favourite treat.
- Scooping gelato and preparing and presenting desserts to our standards.
- Processing payments and packing takeaway and delivery orders accurately.
- Keeping the shop, preparation areas and equipment clean and organised.
- Restocking products and helping with opening and closing duties.
- Working with the team to keep service running smoothly.

About you

- A friendly personality and positive attitude.




- Someone reliable, punctual and willing to learn.
- Valuable attention to detail and pride in presentation.
- The ability to stay organised during busy periods.
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts is essential.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is helpful, but enthusiasm and a strong work ethic matter too.
