We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Rockhampton and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re recent and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.

n

n What you will be doing

n

No two days are the same, you’ll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

n

This could include:

n

n
- Helping with meals, cleaning and daily tasks.
n
- Supporting someone to get out into the community.
n
- Attending appointments or social activities.
n
- Medication support.
n
- Assisting with mobility (including hoists where required).
n

n

Shifts are available across a variety of times, and we will work with you to build a permanent roster that suits your availability.

The shifts we have available are:

Morning shifts.

Evening shifts.

Overnight/ Active and Awake shifts.

n

Afternoon shifts.

n

Day shifts.

What you’ll need

n

n
- A passion for people and a focus on great customer service.
n
- A commitment to working together to deliver great outcomes.
n
- Great listening and respectful communication skills.
n
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates (or willing to obtain).
n
- Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can help you get these).
n
- Driver’s licence and/or reliable transport.
n
