Job Description

Harbourside Port Stephens is seeking a Personal Care Assistant to provide high-quality, person-centred care to Home Care clients in their own homes within Port Stephens. You will help with daily activities, promote dignity and independence, and work within care plans and standards.

The role requires Certificate III in Individual Support – Ageing (or equivalent), a valid driver's license, and current National Police Check.
