We're now looking for a passionate, driven and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our family and help lead our Brisbane northside restaurant and continuing the tradition of excellence.

Fast food or quick service restaurant experience is preferred but not required for this position.

This position is a Full Time salaried role: $75,000 per annum + Superannuation + Bonus!

Your Role:

As Restaurant Manager at The Yiros Shop, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, from managing a team of passionate staff to ensuring each customer enjoys the authentic Greek dining experience. You'll be an essential part of the team,



ensuring the day-to-day operation runs smoothly while delivering high standards of food quality, service, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development : Recruit, train, and inspire a dynamic team. Lead by example and foster a positive, inclusive culture where everyone feels valued.

Operations Management : Oversee day-to-day operations, including stock management, compliance, scheduling, and team coordination. Ensure smooth and efficient service.

Customer Experience Excellence : Maintain and elevate the Yiros Shop standard of customer service. Every guest deserves a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a high-quality meal.

Experience Requirements : A minimum of 6-12 months management experience is required for this role.
