Job Description

Cleveland Medical is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist for a part time casual role. The position supports front-desk duties in a busy private practice, including greeting patients, answering calls, and coordinating appointments.

You will manage accounts and assist with general enquiries, with onsite training provided. The ideal candidate has at least 12 months in a medical receptionist role, familiarity with Best Practice software (preferred), and comfort handling TYRO, DVA, Workcover
