Job Description

Naiman Clarke in Brisbane is seeking a talented junior lawyer with 2–6 PQE to join our litigation team, handling complex commercial disputes under mentoring Partners.

You will work across insolvency, banking and finance disputes, and corporate disputes, with exposure to drafting, evidence preparation and client meetings.

This role offers hands-on responsibility, direct partner access, and explicit progression within a leading national firm.
