We have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Conveyancing Paralegal to join our growing team and work closely with our Principal and senior lawyers on high‑quality and interesting matters.

n

In this role, you will play a central part in supporting our property and development practice, working across a diverse range of transactions, including:

n

- n

Residential conveyancing

n
- n

Commercial and mixed‑use property acquisitions and disposals

n
- n

Development projects (including subdivisions and staged developments)

n
- n

Put and call options, nominations and ancillary agreements

n
- n

Commercial leasing and property‑related advisory work

n
- n

Due diligence reviews, settlement coordination and post‑completion matters

n

n

You will work in a hands‑on, collaborative environment where attention to detail, commercial awareness and initiative are genuinely valued.

Key responsibilities n

- n





A to Z residential conveyancing

n
- n

Drafting and reviewing property and development documentation (under supervision), including contracts, special conditions and ancillary documents

n
- n

Managing due diligence processes, searches and reporting

n
- n

Coordinating transactions from contract through to settlement

n
- n

Preparing settlement statements, workspace and completion documentation

n
- n

Liaising with clients, agents, financiers and opposing solicitors

n
- n

File and matter management using practice management systems

n
- n

Providing high‑level paralegal and administrative support to the legal team

n

About you n

You will ideally have:

n

- n

Experience as a paralegal in property, commercial or development law

n
- n

A strong understanding of residential and commercial property transactions in Queensland

n
- n

Excellent attention to detail and document management skills

n
- n

Strong written and verbal communication skills

n
- n

Confidence working with clients and external stakeholders

n
- n

A proactive, organised and solutions‑focused approach

n
- n

The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced workplace

n
