Position: Physiotherapist – Aged Care (Part- time ) Location: Salamander Bay, NSW Client Demographic: Aged-care residents (predominantly older adults in residential/community aged-care settings)

Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years experience in aged care is preferred Role Overview:

n

- We’re seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist who’s excited about making a difference in the lives of older adults. In this role you’ll deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions in aged-care settings, working to maintain and improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence of clients.
n
- Assess, plan and implement physiotherapy programs for older adults in residential/community aged-care
n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nursing, occupational therapy and podiatry
n
- Monitor client progress and adapt interventions accordingly
n
- Promote best-practice aged-care therapy and support accreditation requirements
n




- Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions
n

We’re Looking For nn
- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) and current general AHPRA registration
n
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience—preferably in aged care or allied health settings
n
- New graduates who are enthusiastic about aged-care are encouraged to apply
n
- Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal aptitude and a genuine interest in elderly wellbeing
n
- Willingness to work Monday to Friday, and uphold high standards of therapy service delivery
n
