nThis role is responsible for providing assistance to the Reporting and Analysis Manager with the consolidation and preparation of all internal and external reporting obligations. This role has ownership for end-to-end processes for Segment accounts, detailed reconciliations and works collaboratively with both Australian and US teams.n
nSuccess in this role is ability to process a high volume of work with minimal supervision, having a can-do attitude, ability to problem solve complex issues and a focus on continuous process improvement.n

no Responsible for delivery of the month end close process including journal entries, financial reconciliations, preparation and review of management reporting deliverables including US SoX reporting requirements.n
no Profit and Loss analysis including trend analysis and cost controllingn
no Prepare balance sheet reconciliations in accordance with month end timetablen
no Reconciling data to sub-ledgersn
no Undertake financial analysis and variance reporting including challenging the business on results and ensuring accurate use of cost channeling principlesn
no Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting datan
no Responsible for preparing payroll journals and analysing the timesheet costs to ensure accurate financial recording and regulatory compliancen
