Job Description

Brightstar Resources Limited is building a world-class processing facility near Laverton, WA. We seek an experienced Operational Readiness Mechanical Engineer to drive asset integrity during ramp-up and commissioning, ensuring rapid issue resolution and maintainability.

You will lead maintenance strategies, FMECA, CMMS data, lubrication standards, and spare parts readiness, collaborating with operations and engineering to safeguard the plant's reliability.
