Job Description

Megan Salmon is seeking an experienced Production Manager to own the journey from design concept to finished garment. You will manage prototyping through bulk production across Vietnam, Bali, and China, ensuring quality, cost and on-time delivery while coordinating stock replenishment.

You will collaborate closely with the designer, oversee tech packs and fittings, and drive efficient sourcing and supplier management across multiple regions with a solid focus on ethics and compliance.
