Job Description

Melbourne Racing Club (MRC) is seeking a commercially minded Group Financial Controller to lead financial control, statutory reporting and governance across the Group. Reporting to the CFO, you will drive the finance function's evolution and partner with leaders to deliver meaningful commercial insights.

You will optimise systems (Dynamics BC, Fabric, Power BI), champion data analytics and support budgeting/forecasting, with a focus on AI adoption and solid governance.
