Job Description

Altios, a strategic partner for internationalisation, seeks a Corporate Services Manager in Sydney to oversee governance, compliance and company secretarial activities. You will lead the Corporate Services team and support clients with corporate requirements in a rapid-paced, international environment.

You will ensure regulatory compliance under Australian law, manage board/secretarial duties and build strong relationships with authorities, banks and advisors while driving continuous improvement.
