As our Southern Highlands project portfolio continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a few years of project management experience, or an experienced Contracts Administrator looking to transition into a more project management-focused role.

The Role n

Based in Bowral, you'll support an experienced Project Manager in the delivery of residential construction projects while working closely alongside a dedicated Contracts Administrator.

You'll be involved in project planning, procurement, programming, documentation, stakeholder management and project delivery, gaining valuable exposure across the full project lifecycle. This role offers a genuine development pathway and increasing responsibility as your experience grows.

We're targeting a commencement date in late October or early November 2026.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Support an experienced Project Manager across multiple residential projects
n
- Assist with project programming, budgeting and project delivery
n
- Work closely with the Contracts Administrator to coordinate procurement,



trade engagement and project administration
n
- Coordinate RFIs, consultant information, project documentation and reporting
n
- Build strong relationships with clients, trades, consultants and internal stakeholders
n
- Monitor project progress and help drive project outcomes from pre-construction through to completion
n
- Assist in identifying and resolving project risks and challenges
n

About You nn
- 2+ years' experience in a Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Site Coordinator or similar role
n
- Strong understanding of residential construction processes and documentation
n
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
n
- Proactive, solutions-focused and highly organised
n
- Keen to further develop your career in project management
n
- High-end residential experience will be highly regarded but is not essential
n
