The Opportunity n

Supervise electrical construction crews on a major New South Wales renewable energy development, reporting to electrical site leadership. This site-based DIDO role follows a 9:5 roster, with accommodation and allowances where applicable.

Your Responsibilities n

n
- Supervise crews and contractors installing PV arrays, inverters, AC/DC systems, switchgear, transformers and HV connections.
n
- Plan daily work, allocate resources and track progress.
n
- Verify compliance with electrical standards, network requirements, WHS obligations and project designs.
n
- Inspect quality and maintain construction records.
n
- Resolve technical and delivery risks with engineers, project managers and safety teams.
n
- Support commissioning and operations handover.
n





RequirementsSkills, Education And Requirements n

n
- An electrical trade qualification and NSW electrical licence.
n
- Supervisory experience on large construction projects; renewable energy or HV experience is highly desirable.
n
- Strong HV/LV, solar construction and grid-connection knowledge.
n
- Demonstrated team leadership and effective communication, organisation and problem solving.
n
- Commitment to safe delivery and construction quality.
