Looking to spend your summer by the coast while working in a fast-paced hospitality environment? We are seeking Kitchen Hands to join a busy food service operation in Blairgowrie, VIC for the peak summer season.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure consistent full-time hours over the holiday period and work within a supportive team delivering quality food to customers.

What's on Offer? n

- $33.85 per hour + Super

- Casual employment with consistent hours

- Seasonal role from 20 December through to the end of January
n
- 7-day operation
n
- Regular rostered shifts: 11:00am - 7:00pm
n
- Work in a vibrant coastal location

Key Responsibilities nn
- Assist with preparation of food items, including basic ingredient preparation and portioning.
n
- Operate fryers and assist with cooking fish, chips and other menu items.
n
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils and food preparation areas.
n
- Wash dishes, cooking equipment and utensils.
n
- Receive, store and rotate stock in line with food safety requirements.
n




- Support the Chef and wider team during busy service periods.
n
- Follow food handling, hygiene and workplace safety procedures at all times.
n

Skills & Experience n

To be successful, you will ideally have:

n

n
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand, Food Preparation Assistant, Quick Food Team Member or similar.
n
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
n
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
n
- Strong reliability and punctuality.
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a small team.
n
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays throughout the summer period.
n
