Job Description

United Foundation seeks Home & Community Support Workers to deliver person-centred care to NDIS participants in their own homes. You will help clients live independently, follow care plans, and build meaningful routines while ensuring safety and dignity.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months' experience or a Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Home & Community, or Disability, plus hands-on personal care and solid communication. A driver’s licence and vehicle are highly regarded.
