Job Description

Genea in Sydney CBD is seeking a Risk, Quality & Compliance Manager on a full time basis to cover maternity leave. You will lead risk management, quality assurance and compliance activities nationally, reporting to the CEO, and champion a culture of continuous improvement.

You will oversee governance, policy development, incident management and regulatory interactions, ensuring accreditation and regulatory requirements are met while driving patient safety and quality across the organisation.
