Adore Beauty's Warringah Mall store is looking for passionate Christmas Casual Beauty Advisors to join the team on a three-month seasonal contract.

We’re looking for Christmas Casual team members to join us on a three-month seasonal contract, supporting our Warringah Mall store throughout the busy festive period. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, love delivering personalised service and be ready to bring positive energy during one of our busiest times of the year.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities n

n
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations
n
- Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean, organised and inviting
n
- Stay up to date with product knowledge,



new launches and industry trends
n
- Process transactions efficiently while meeting sales targets
n
- Handle stock management tasks, including restocking and inventory checks
n
- Participate in promotional activities and assist with in-store events
n
- Build strong customer relationships and bring positive energy to every interaction
n
- Support the wider store team throughout busy peak trade
n

What We're Looking For nn
- At least 2 years of retail experience (ideally in beauty, skincare or cosmetics)
n
- Experience as a beauty therapist, hairdresser or makeup artist will be highly regarded
n
- A strong understanding of beauty products and a keen interest in skincare trends
n
- A natural ability to connect with customers and create a excellent shopping experience
n
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative workplace
n
- Someone who stays calm and focused in a fast-paced setting
n
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
n
- A confident, positive and solution-focused approach
n
- Flexibility and availability throughout the Christmas and peak trading period
